by globally calling the 'status' api once and saving the fingerprint
into the global Proxmox variable.
since not all users might have that permission, ignore errors for that,

adds a theme switcher to the ui and handles the necessary cookies in
the backend.
this requires a bump of the widget toolkit so the necessary widgets
are present.

by default the treelist gets the 'nav' ui, which in newer extjs
versions has a custom styling (unlike before)

using container here is fine, we do not need panel behaviour which
is more bloated. Removes two ARIA warnings.

by generalizing the isDataStorePath logic to a 'parseRouterPath'.
We still have to keep the isDataStore logic for tabpanel handling,
If we add tabs to changer-/drivestatus panels, we have to adapt
that too.

this fixes some bugs related to selection handling in the treelist:
* datastores were not selected after a reload
* reloading when in a tabpanel on any tab but the first, would
not select a treenode
* changing between datastores on any tab but the first would
not select the same tab on the new datastore
fixed those by mostly rewriting the changePath handling for
datastores and tabpanels in general

if the baseCls is not 'x-plain' the background of the flex
element is white, and on some zoom steps it gets taller
than one pixel and appears as a white line
making it have the plain baseCls, so it does not get any
background color and is always invisible

by introducing a datastorepanel (a TabPanel) which holds the content
and acl panel for now.
to be able to handle this in the router, we have to change the logic
of how to select the datastore from using the subpath to putting it
into the path (and extracting it when necessary)
if we need this again (e.g. possibly for remotes), we can further
refactor this logic to be more generic

Similar to PVE and PMG, for quick access when one has the basic
webinterface open anyway. Should move to the "proxmoxHelpButton" once
we have an onlineHelp mapping to the docs.
