There is an error in this example. The .conf has to be moved in the
quemu-server folder of the new node for the migration to work.

we almost always use 'datacenter', but had three places where we used
'data center and while both are fine to use, keep it consistent.

- adds an entry for some config files found in /etc/pve, which were
missing.
- alphabetize the lists, for better readability and add some minor fixes
- also adds an introduction section to the symbolic links section, to
clarify that they're specific to each host

checked if they work -- some returned certificate errors so didn't

The new chapter "Hyper-converged Infrastructure" is added. It contains a general statement about it and
as subchapter "Ceph server in Proxmox VE Cluster"
The latter is derived from the corresponding Wiki article. Since the Wiki article contains a lot of
additional best practice information it is not obsolete yet. A combined source for both Wiki and Administration Guide
will be made later.

The "Remove Cluster configuration" section is outdated and has also
missing steps (e.g. stopping corosync before removing its config)
We have the information in the pvecm.adoc (Cluster Manager) so delete
the howto and reference the one from pvecm instead.
