let them use a one/two column layout depending on browser width
optimize stylings/padding values
get rid of the (now long) unecessary lazyitems plugin
(this was necessary for performance when we still used tabpanels instead
of our own configpanel with treelist)

This is a Ceph domain term and should not be translated like OSD, ...
Galician had "Virtual Groups" for Pools, which does not apply for
Ceph Context.
Also most languages were using 'Pools' anyway.
we gave erroneous entries in grids the class .x-form-invalid-field
but since we changed to the "crisp" theme, this class did not have any
highlighting
so instead we use our own "pve-invalid-row" class
and give it a light red background

we expect a gettext on a single line and to not contain any
variable/logic, so we remove the long text from it altogether (since we
do not want to translate that at the moment), and we rearrange the code
so that gettext only contains strings

this uses the new vmselector and the new vmid filter in the backend
to allow starting/stopping/migrating selected vms instead of all
by default all vms are selected to have the same default behaviour

this patch moves the onlineHelp ids into the javascript classes, instead
of defining them where we use the classes

since we introduced the vertical menus,
each panel is about 30px too wide for having
two side by side with a 1920x1080 resolution
this patch changes, the paddings/sizes so that
this fits again, at the cost of about 30 pixels width
per panel

in case the disk is not type ATA (e.g. SAS),
the smartctl output is not well parsable,
so we show the raw text instead
