also exclude hppa-firmware.img ROM from build

We don't use it and with debhelper compat level >= 11, the switch
from detecting files for strip through patters to checking for an ELF
header caused a build failure with the hppa-firmware.img ROM, as some
tools cannot cope with HP PARISC files.
