README: Adding information about Gluster dev workflow In the README.md (which is automatically rendered in github) there is no information about GlusterFS workflow. So community members send pull requests in github. This patch will put the workflow information, so that it would be easy for community members to know about it by looking at GlusterFS's github mirror.
