Anand Avati 1f4e97c01a xlator: initialize all xlators in a loop instead of top down initialization

top-down initialization will miss out on xlators from disconnected subgraphs
and notify can go prematurely to these xlators

GlusterFS is a flexible, powerful, POSIX-compliant cluster filesystem
that can scale to several petabytes.

GlusterFS works over either TCP/IP or high-performance Infiniband RDMA
interconnect.
