Remove incorrect and unnecessary Escape from templates (#29394) ...

Follow #29165

* some of them are incorrect, which would lead to double escaping (eg:
`(print (Escape $.RepoLink)`)
* other of them are not necessary, because `Tr` handles strings&HTML
automatically
