Logging Errors

Unexpected exceptions encountered by pudb internals are suppressed by default.
You can use the ``--log-errors`` flag to have these exceptions logged to stderr.
This works best if you pipe stderr to a file and watch the log from another
terminal::
python -m pudb --log-errors debug_me.py 2> errors.log
And then in another shell::
tail -f errors.log
