linux/mips/.gitignore: drop copyright header

The '/*' in the first line of the copyright header matches all files in
that directory.  No other .gitignore file has this header.  Drop it.

* linux/mips/.gitignore: Remove copyright header.

Fixes: v4.26~23 "Add copyright headers to some files that lack them"
