Use XLAT_END macro

Automatically update all xlat structures using the following sed regexp:
s/^[[:space:]]*{[[:space:]]*0[[:space:]]*,[[:space:]]*NULL[[:space:]]*,\?[[:space:]]*}[[:space:]]*,\?[[:space:]]*/\tXLAT_END/
