Recognize SI_KERNEL and SI_ASYNCNL

* signal.c [LINUX] (SI_KERNEL, SI_ASYNCNL): Define.
[LINUX || SVR4] (siginfo_codes): Add entries for SI_KERNEL and
SI_ASYNCNL, reorder entries.
