Move xlat related functions to a separate file
* util.c (xlookup, xlat_bsearch_compare, xlat_search, printxvals, printxval_searchn, addflags, sprintflags, printflags_ex): Move ... * xlat.c: ... to this new file. * Makefile.am (strace_SOURCES): Add it.
