tests: check decoding of socketcall syscall
* tests/socketcall.c: New file. * tests/socketcall.test: New test. * tests/.gitignore: Add socketcall. * tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise. (DECODER_TESTS): Add socketcall.test.
