process.c: move sched_setaffinity and sched_getaffinity parsers to a separate file

* affinity.c: New file.
* Makefile.am (strace_SOURCES): Add it.
* process.c (sys_sched_setaffinity, sys_sched_getaffinity): Move
to affinity.c.
