tests: check decoding of ifinfomsg netlink attributes

* tests/nlattr_ifinfomsg.c: Include <stddef.h> and <linux/if_link.h>.
(IFLA_LINK_NETNSID): New macro.
(main): Check decoding of IFLA_LINK_NETNSID,
IFLA_STATS, IFLA_MAP and IFLA_STATS64.
