file.c: move mknod, mknodat, and xmknod parsers to a separate file

* mknod.c: New file.
* Makefile.am (strace_SOURCES): Add it.
* file.c: Move sys_mknod, sys_mknodat, sys_xmknod, and related code
to mknod.c.
