d6c71dd061 Fix preprocessor indentation 
Indent the C preprocessor directives to reflect their nesting
using the following script:

$ cppi -l $(git grep -El '^[[:space:]]*#[[:space:]]*(if|ifdef|ifndef|elif|else|endif|define|pragma)[[:space:]]' |grep -v '\.sh$') |while read f; do
	cppi < "$f" > "$f".cppi; mv "$f".cppi "$f"

92e347b556 Add copyright headers to some files that lack them 
We do our best to keep copyright headers up to date, yet
git history provides better information on this subject
and is more accurate than copyright headers.

9f8b29f1cd Use printflags64 instead of printflags_long 
After the change of tcb.u_arg type from long to kernel_ureg_t it is safe
to stop using printflags_long proxy and pass syscall arguments directly
to printflags64.

* defs.h (printflags_long): Remove.
* fcntl.c (print_fcntl): Replace printflags_long with printflags64.
* numa.c (SYS_FUNC(get_mempolicy)): Likewise.
* perf.c (SYS_FUNC(perf_event_open)): Likewise.
* sram_alloc.c [BFIN] (SYS_FUNC(sram_alloc)): Likewise.

a0bd3749fc Declare syscall parsers using SYS_FUNC macro 
Introduce SYS_FUNC macro to declare and define all syscall parsers.

* Makefile.am (BUILT_SOURCES, CLEANFILES): Add sys_func.h.
(sys_func.h): New rule.
* defs.h (SYS_FUNC_NAME, SYS_FUNC): New macros.
* linux/syscall.h: Include "sys_func.h".
[NEED_UID16_PARSERS]: Use SYS_FUNC to declare uid16 syscall parsers.
Remove other declarations.
* linux/alpha/syscallent.h (160, 161): Add sys_ prefix to osf_statfs
and osf_fstatfs syscall parsers.
* *.c: Use SYS_FUNC to define syscall parsers.

e36c72cbed bfin: move sram_alloc parser to a separate file 
* sram_alloc.c: New file.
* Makefile.am (strace_SOURCES): Add it.
* system.c [BFIN]: Move sys_sram_alloc and related code to sram_alloc.c.
