(bpf_prog_attach_detach): Rename print_attach_bpf_fd argument to print_attach. Add attach_flags field to the structure, print it in case of BPF_PROG_ATTACH. * tests/bpf.c: Check for HAVE_UNION_BPF_ATTR_ATTACH_FLAGS instead of HAVE_UNION_BPF_ATTR_ATTACH_TYPE.
