8cc252e1fc xlat: update LOOP_* ioctl flags constants 
* configure.ac (AC_CHECK_DECLS): Add LO_FLAGS_USE_AOPS
and LO_FLAGS_DIRECT_IO.
* xlat/loop_flags_options.in: Likewise.  Add default values
for constants.
