2a905d1b00 xlat: add XLAT_STYLE_FMT_O for octal output
* xlat.h (enum xlat_style): Add XLAT_STYLE_FMT_O.
* xlat.c (sprint_xlat_val): Handle XLAT_STYLE_FMT_O, reorder switch
branches in accordance with enum constant order.

2d89ff7096 xlat: add generation of flags-related fields
Generate known flags mask and maximum string length.

* xlat.h (struct xlat): Add fields flags_strsz and flags_mask.
* xlat/gen.sh (print_xlat, print_xlat_pair): Add generation of
XLAT_VAL_n and XLAT_STR_n macros.
(gen_header): Generate flags_strsz and flags_mask fields' values using
the generated XLAT_VAL_n and XLAT_STR_n macros, undefine them
afterwards.

861f9fd7d8 Add xlat description structure.
Rename struct xlat to struct xlat_data and make struct  xlat an xlat descriptor
that contains various information about xlat. So far, it's type and number
of items.

As a result, xlookup/printxval now have enought information for handling
xlat depending on its type, so no *index/*_search APIs are needed.

* xlat.h (struct xlat_data): Rename from struct xlat.
(struct xlat): New type definition.
* xlat.c (xlat_search, printxval_sized, printxval_searchn_ex, xlat_idx,
printxval_indexn_ex, printxval_dispatch_ex, ): Remove.
(xlookup): Handle xlat_data based on xlat type.
(xlookup_le): New function, replaces xlat_search_eq_or_less and supports
all xlat types.
(sprintflags_ex, printflags_ex): Update.
* xlat/gen.sh (gen_header): Add handling for #sorted, generate new
struct xlat descriptor.
* defs.h (arp_hardware_types_size, ethernet_protocols_size,
inet_protocols_size, evdev_abs_size, xlat_search,
xlat_search_eq_or_less, xlat_idx, printxval_searchn_ex,
printxval_searchn, printxval_search, printxval_search_ex,
printxval_indexn_ex, printxval_indexn, printxval_index,
printxval_index_ex, printxval_dispatch_ex, printxval_dispatch): Remove.
(enum xlat_style_private_flag_bits): Remove PAF_INDEX_XLAT_SORTED_BIT

(keycode_ioctl): Use printxval instead of printxval_index.

(decode_bitset_): Rename to decode_bitset, remove decode_nr_size and xt
arguments, call printxval instead of printxval_dispatch.
(bit_ioctl, evdev_read_ioctl): Do not pass xlat type to decode_bitset.
* print_fields.h (PRINT_FIELD_XVAL_SORTED_SIZED,
PRINT_FIELD_XVAL_INDEX): Remove.

18907920bb Unify usage of #include guards
This commit is an attempt to unify usage of include guards (in top-level
headers, at least).  As a side note, different files with *.h extension
have different semantics: for example, printargs.h is included multiple
times in order to generate slightly varying code depending on values of
macro definitions - maybe it's better to change extension of such files
to something like *.inc.

* defs.h: Add #include guard.
* flock.h: Likewise.
* ipc_defs.h: Likewise.
* mpers_type.h: Likewise.
* printsiginfo.h: Likewise.
* ptrace.h: Likewise.
* regs.h: Likewise.

9019cf4cf5 Change type of struct xlat.val to uint64_t
Some ioctls have flags fields that are 64-bit.  A 32-bit val means
these flags will never be matched or printed.

* xlat.h: Include <stdint.h>.
(struct xlat): Change type of val to uint64_t.

3f25b65d63 xlat: generate xlat pairs using new XLAT_PAIR macro
Before this change there were two forms of xlat entries: those that use XLAT
or XLAT_END macros, and others verbatim entries.  This change converts
the latter to use new XLAT_PAIR macro.

This is necessary for the upcoming change of xlat.val type.

* xlat.h (XLAT_PAIR): New macro.
* xlat/gen.sh (cond_xlat, gen_header): Use it.
