Dmitry V. Levin dfd58df4a7 Enable stack tracing in packages on all architectures ...

The stack tracing feature used to be enabled in packages on x86_64 only.
This change enables -k option on all architectures.

* debian/control (Build-Depends) [!amd64]: Add pkg-config, libdw-dev,
and libiberty-dev.
* strace.spec.in (BuildRequires) [!x86_64]: Add
%buildrequires_stacktrace.
