* tests/prlimit64.c: New file.
* tests/prlimit64.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add prlimit64.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add prlimit64.test.
