* tests/get_sigset_size.c: New file.
* tests/Makefile.am (libtests_a_SOURCES): Add it.
* tests/tests.h (get_sigset_size): New prototype.
* tests/ptrace.c: Do not check for __NR_rt_sigprocmask.
