Dmitry V. Levin 4341074ee1 tests: add test_printstrn function to libtests
* tests/test_ucopy.h (test_printstrn): New prototype.
* tests/test_printstrn.c: New file.
* tests/Makefile.am (libtests_a_SOURCES): Add it.
