Dmitry V. Levin 5532ac185b maint: add more workarounds for alpha and powerpc
* maint/ioctls_sym.sh: Skip asm/core_*.h.  Filter out from
asm-generic/ioctls.h those macros that are defined using unavailable
struct termios2 on alpha and powerpc.
