* xlat/rtnl_tc_attrs.in (TCA_HW_OFFLOAD, TCA_INGRESS_BLOCK,
TCA_EGRESS_BLOCK): New constants introduced by linux kernel commits
v4.15-rc4~13^2~5^2~2 and v4.16-rc1~123^2~139^2~5.
