Dmitry V. Levin 4f328761f3 tests: rename signalfd.test to signalfd4.test
* tests/signalfd.c: Rename to signalfd4.c.
* tests/signalfd.test: Rename to signalfd4.test.
* tests/signalfd.expected: Rename to signalfd4.expected.
* tests/.gitignore: Replace signalfd with signalfd4.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Replace signalfd.test with signalfd4.test.
(EXTRA_DIST): Replace signalfd.expected with signalfd4.expected.
