[AARCH64]: Align argument number in 32bit mode.
* file.c (sys_fadvise64_64) [ARM || POWERPC]: Remove no longer needed
printllval workaround.
[AARCH64]: Fix printing POSIX_FADV_* constants in 32bit mode.
