* print_fields.h (PRINT_FIELD_FLAGS64): Unify with PRINT_FIELD_FLAGS.
* userfaultfd.c (uffdio_ioctl): Replace PRINT_FIELD_FLAGS64 with
PRINT_FIELD_FLAGS.
