Dmitry V. Levin ab28d7f1e5 tests: skip fault injection tests on unsupported platforms
* tests/fault_injection.sh: New file.
* tests/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add it.
* tests/fault_injection-exit_group.test: Use it.
* tests/fault_injection.test: Likewise.
