Dmitry V. Levin 4912e5b208 scsi: implement decoding of all SG_* ioctl commands
* print_sg_req_info.c: New file.
* Makefile.am (strace_SOURCES): Add it.
* xlat/sg_scsi_reset.in: New file.
* scsi.c: Include "xlat/sg_scsi_reset.h".
