* linux/sparc/syscall.h: Declare sys_epoll_create, sys_epoll_ctl,
	sys_epoll_wait.
	* linux/sparc64/syscall.h: Just #include "../sparc/syscall.h" here.
	* ioctl.c (nioctlents2): Add const to type.
	Fixes Debian bug #278449.
