Dmitry V. Levin a392aaa796 tests: use VERBOSE macro in ioctl_rtc and ioctl_rtc-v tests
* tests/ioctl_rtc-v.c (VERBOSE_IOCTL): Remove.
(VERBOSE): Define to 1.
* tests/ioctl_rtc.c (print_rtc_time): Check VERBOSE instead
of VERBOSE_IOCTL.
