Andreas Schwab d2ab7fd3a0 Fix building outside source directory 
The file linux/ioctlent.h is generated in the build directory, so
"../ioctlent.h" won't find it.

* linux/aarch64/ioctlent1.h: Remove "../" from include file name.
* linux/powerpc/ioctlent1.h: Likewise.
* linux/tile/ioctlent1.h: Likewise.
* linux/x32/ioctlent1.h: Likewise.
* linux/x86_64/ioctlent1.h: Likewise.
* linux/x86_64/ioctlent2.h: Likewise.

This is strace, a system call tracer for Linux.

strace is released under a Berkeley-style license at the request
of Paul Kranenburg; see the file COPYRIGHT for details.
