Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

[PATCH] Make most file operations structs in fs/ const This is a conversion to make the various file_operations structs in fs/ const. [XFS] Use the generic xattr methods. Use the generic set, get and removexattr methods and supply the s_xattr array with fine-grained handlers. All XFS/Linux highlevel attr handling is rewritten from scratch and placed into fs/xfs/linux-2.6/xfs_xattr.c so that it's separated from the generic low-level code. Essentially this move consolidates the inode locking functions and a bunch of XFS inode operations into the one file.
