[ARM] 4461/1: MXC platform and i.MX31ADS core support This patch adds the foundation pieces for the Freescale MXC platforms, including i.MX2 and i.MX3 based systems. The bare-bones MX31 support in this patch boots to the rootdev panic with 8250 serial console configured "console=ttyS0,115200". It assumes that Redboot is the boot loader. [ARM] MX35: add clock support This patch adds clock support for i.MX35 SoCs. We do not support setting of clock rates yet, but most interesting clock rates should be reported. ARM: mx3: Setup AIPS registers It was observed on a mx31pdk board that audio playback only worked when the bootloader was Redboot, and did not work when U-boot was used. Comparing the sources of these bootloaders showed that the AIPS registers were not setup in U-boot. Instead of relying on the bootloader to setup the AIPS registers, do it in the kernel so that audio playback can work independantly of the bootloader being used.
