parisc: remove dead BIO_VMERGE_BOUNDARY and BIO_VMERGE_MAX_SIZE definitions

The block layer dropped the virtual merge feature
(b8b3e16cfe). BIO_VMERGE_BOUNDARY and
BIO_VMERGE_MAX_SIZE definitions are meaningless now.
