arm64: dts: meson-gx: add support for simplefb

SimpleFB allows transferring a framebuffer from the firmware/bootloader
to the kernel, while making sure the related clocks and power supplies
stay enabled.

Add nodes for CVBS and HDMI Simple Framebuffers.
