Bluetooth: btintel: Fix the sfi name for BlazarU

Browse Source 
Use INTEL_HW_VARIANT() instead of CNVi Id to decide to load Intermediate
Loader (IML) image. Fix the driver loading incorrect firmware for
BlazarU product.
