staging: rtl8188eu: Remove rtl8188e_EfuseGetCurrentSize()
rtl8188e_EfuseGetCurrentSize() checks bool bPseudoTest and then calls suitable function to get efuse size, hal_EfuseGetCurrentSize_8188e() also does same thing.
