tpm: Address !chip->auth in tpm2_*_auth_session()

Unless tpm_chip_bootstrap() was called by the driver, !chip->auth can cause
a null derefence in tpm2_*_auth_session(). Thus, address !chip->auth in
tpm2_*_auth_session().
