rseq: Increase AT_VECTOR_SIZE_BASE to match rseq auxvec entries
Two new auxiliary vector entries are introduced for rseq without
matching increment of the AT_VECTOR_SIZE_BASE, which causes failures
with CONFIG_HARDENED_USERCOPY=y.
