usb: renesas_usbhs: fixup unreadable macro

mod.h has irq_bempsts/irq_brdysts to keep each irq status,
but it was difficult to find where they were used
on renesas_usbhs driver by using "grep irq_xxxx" command,
since it used irq_##status macro.
This patch fixup them
