staging: r8188eu: remove Efuse_PgPacketWrite from hal_ops
Remove Efuse_PgPacketWrite from hal_ops and remove its wrapper Efuse_PgPacketWrite(). Call rtl8188e_Efuse_PgPacketWrite() directly instead.
