ARM: rockchip: Use memcpy_toio instead of memcpy on smp bring-up
This fixes a potential kernel panic on memcpy when FORTIFY_SOURCE is enabled. Because memory is iomem use appropriate function for accessing it. Signed-off-by: Ivan T.
