selftests/resctrl: Remove mum_resctrlfs from struct resctrl_val_param

Resctrl FS mount/umount are now cleanly paired leaving .mum_resctrlfs
in the struct resctrl_val_param unused.

Remove .mum_resctrlfs from struct resctrl_val_param.
