scsi: lpfc: Pull out fw diagnostic dump log message from driver's trace buffer
The firmware diagnostic dump log message does not need to be a part of the driver's log trace buffer because it is an expected user triggered event. Change LOG_TRACE_EVENT verbose flag to LOG_SLI.
