ARM: dts: imx6qdl-sabresd: Use GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH for regulators

Passing GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH as GPIO flags for the GPIO controlled
regulator improves the readability, so use it instead of the
hardcoded number.
