ath9k: wake hardware for interface IBSS/AP/Mesh removal

This should ensure DMA is stopped upon suspend and plain device removal. Cc: stable@kernel.org Signed-off-by: Luis R. Rodriguez <lrodriguez@atheros.com> Signed-off-by: John W.
