ARM: gemini: convert to ARMv4 multiplatform
This converts the Gemini platform to ARMv4 multiplatform, deleting the local <mach/*> include directory, moving an idiomatic local idling function into the .machine_init() call and getting rid of the Makefile.boot finally.
